Green Smoothie


A good green smoothie gives you all the vitamins and minerals you need for a busy and stressful day. Smoothies are easy to digest but still give you all the fiber, unlike juices.

INGREDIENTS (serves 2)

2 hands full baby spinach

1 hand full kale

1 hand full parsley

Juice of 1 Lemon

½ cucumber

2 frozen bananas

½ liter water


  • Throw all the ingredients in a Blender and blend until it’s smooth and creamy. You may need a high speed blender for best consistency.
