Banana Icecream

You only need frozen bananas and a Blender or a Food Processor.
The easiest Is if you buy lots of bananas, let them ripen for a few days and then freeze them overnight. Freezing ripe bananas will make your ice cream a lot sweeter.

INGREDIENTS (serves 2)

5-7 frozen bananas


  • Peel your ripe bananas and freeze them in a zip bag at least for a few hours.
  • Put the bananas in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Its good to start blending on lower speed and then go a bit faster once it is starting to look creamy.

This recipe is perfect for a hot summer day and can easily replace your breakfast smoothie or lunch.


Sprinkle some coconut sugar on top if you prefer it extra sweet.
